I want to bring alignment across all levels of the organization regarding the redesign of our performance review and talent management process. The challenge is ensuring that leaders and employees clearly understand expectations, tools, and desired outcomes.

Plan for action

I hope to implement a streamlined, transparent, and consistent performance review process that fosters growth, accountability, and engagement. Success would be demonstrated through improved clarity, stronger feedback loops, and increased employee development opportunities.
