A team of volunteers will be formed to lead the project. A team lead will volunteer to manage the team. The team will meet with stakeholders to form a game plan.

Plan for action

I will commit one hour per week to focus on this project. I will lead the initial team meeting with stakeholders. I will write up a project manual with time line and volunteer roles.

Evidence

One reflection from this project is that sometimes all it takes is to remind people why what we're doing is awesome and then ask them for help. The helpers have spoken up and are excited to get involved and make this year's Bike Drive a success!
