Evidence

 The program served 87 community members, including individuals from low-, moderate-, and mixed-income households, spanning youth, adults, and older adults. Participants received food assistance and nutrition education through structured sessions, resulting in measurable reach across diverse demographics.   Qualitative feedback highlights increased food security, enhanced nutrition knowledge, and improved self-efficacy in meal planning and food preparation. Participants emphasized the program’s accessibility, cultural relevance, and positive impact on household well-being, particularly in reducing food-related anxiety and supporting healthier daily routines.
