Ensuring a steady, reliable supply of local, high-quality protein—especially beef and bison to our client-choice food pantry.
Plan for action
We will create and awareness and fundraising campaign that will support an initiative allowing C4 to accept donated livestock by providing funds to cover meat processing costs at USDA-inspected facilities. Additionally, when our freezer inventory is depleted and no donated animal is available, raised funds could be used to purchase and process local beef ensuring a consistent supply of nutritious protein throughout the year.
