Pre-Podcast Pondering

We will create and distribute a survey to The Journal’s readership and the When Everyone Leads podcast audience to gain understanding about where individuals stand on the topic of diversity, equity and inclusion. We will host and facilitate an all staff discussion about what makes for a productive conversation on DEI and what is not helpful. We will create the space for unusual voices to come together for intimate, recorded conversations about facets of this topic.
